Like traditional electronic products, ensuring the longevity of LED electronic display screens requires not only careful usage but also regular maintenance. With the widespread use of LED display screens, various usage issues have emerged due to a combination of objective and subjective factors, leading to reduced lifespan and functional faults. To enhance the effective use of LED display screen-related products, we have compiled some feasible guidelines on usage precautions and routine maintenance.
I. Usage Environment Precautions:
1、Operating temperature range: -20℃≤t≤60℃, operating humidity range: 20% to 85% RH; no condensation.
2、Avoid usage or storage in high-temperature, high-humidity, or high-acid/alkali/salt environments.
3、Keep away from flammable materials, gases, and dust during usage.
4、During transportation, avoid strong collisions and contact with sharp objects.
5、Avoid prolonged usage in high ambient temperatures or poor heat dissipation conditions.
6、Exceeding the specified humidity may lead to component corrosion and permanent damage when powered on.
7、Strictly prohibit the entry of water and easily conductive metallic substances into the screen. Place the LED display screen in a low-dust environment to prevent damage to the circuit.
8、If water enters for any reason, immediately cut off power until all components inside the screen are dry before use.
II. Power On/Off Precautions:
1、Power On: Start the control computer first to ensure normal operation before turning on the LED display screen.
2、Power Off: First turn off the LED screen power, close the control software, and then correctly shut down the computer. (Failure to turn off the screen before the computer can result in bright spots on the screen, burning out the lamp tubes, with serious consequences.)
3、The time interval between turning on and off the screen should be greater than 5 minutes.
4、Avoid turning on the screen in an all-white screen state, as this is the maximum power state, causing a maximum impact current on the entire distribution system.
III. Power Supply Precautions:
1、LED modules are powered by direct current +5V (operating voltage: 4.2-5.2V), strictly prohibit the use of alternating current. The positive and negative terminals of the power terminal must not be reversed (note: reversing may burn out the product or even cause a serious fire).
2、Power supply voltage for the LED display screen: 220V±10%, frequency: 50HZ±5%.
3、Ensure reliable contact with safety ground and reliable isolation between ground and neutral lines. The power supply should be kept away from high-power electrical equipment.
4、If anomalies such as short circuits, tripping, burning wires, or smoke are detected, do not repeatedly power on for testing; promptly identify and address the problem.
5、Maintain a stable power supply, implement effective grounding protection to prevent lightning strikes, and avoid using the screen in adverse natural conditions, especially during thunderstorms.
